This was a very difficult scenario. A three-family house was being sold to finance assisted living care for my widowed mother-in-law. The tenants couldn’t be available for showings most of the time as they all work full-time out of the area. A family member residing in basement had to be legally dealt with to remove. There were many last-minute issues with the oil tank removal and various permits needed for electrical and plumbing work that had been done decades ago. Despite the many obstacles in getting this house shown and sold, Gloria coordinated the entire process seamlessly. It all came together after four months of daily hard work, scores of phone calls, and hundreds of emails. We were able to get more than expected for the house. We can now set up accounts to assure my mother-in-law will receive many years of quality care in assisted living. I cannot more highly recommend Gloria to represent anyone trying to buy or sell a home. You will be in good hands, with much of the burden and red tape taken off your shoulders.
